The main concept of the project is to preserve the historic character of the building while transforming it into a contemporary, multifunctional entertainment venue where architecture, design, music, and high-quality service come together to create a unique experience.

The complex incorporates a nightclub, a high-tech Sound Room, a bar, a VIP area, and a café. Each space has its own function and atmosphere while remaining part of a cohesive design concept. Particular attention is given to the functional connection between the club and the hotel, allowing guests to enjoy a diverse range of services and experiences.

The interior design follows an eclectic approach, blending historic architectural elements with contemporary forms, materials, and technological solutions. Natural textures, contrasts between warm and dark tones, decorative metalwork, distinctive lighting, and artistic stained-glass features define the venue’s individual character.

One of the project’s key features is the high-tech Sound Room, designed to integrate advanced audio technology with a carefully considered acoustic environment.

Through the combination of distinct functional zones, bespoke design elements, and modern technologies, the venue creates a multilayered environment offering guests a diverse range of musical, gastronomic, and social experiences.
